The among Tani Foundation community even brings the authentic taste of Yogyakarta by creating a typical Angkringan Jogja.

Located at Jalan Hasannudin No. 22, Batu, East Java, this place us nestled in the middle of the city. Yet, as Batu has a cool climate, this place also offers a cold air especially at night that makes the place more romantic.

As its name, angkringan Jogja Among Tani served dozens of typical angkringan food. There are such as nasi kucing, any kind of sate from chicken to seafood, sweet simmered tempeh or tofu, and lots more.

They also served typical angkringa beverages such as wedang uwuh, wedang blung, wedang jahe, teh poci, kopi hitam, susu rempah, susu jahe and else. The authentic taste of the foods and beverages will make you like you were Yogyakarta while you enjoy your food.

You could enjoy the food and beverage starting from IDR 2 K to IDR 12 K per piece. What a worth thing to try for it won't cost you much. But those food definitely will give an exotic experience of enjoying Yogyakarta at Batu.

"We are trying to facilitate the local community with the local government. We also encourages the local community to start a business in a proper way. This will support the local tourism to grow," Tri Suno, the owner of Angkringan said on Sunday (11/10/2021).

Not only the food, the Angkringan which had just been established few months ago also designed in contemporary way. You could see lots of typical Yogyakarta ornaments patched here and there, which make place looks more classic yet modern in certain way.
